About Scottish Lake High Camp
Twenty-three marked trails and sixteen marked slopes appeal to skiers of all interests and abilities. Our high elevation usually means great snow conditions mid-November through late April. Hundreds of acres of varied and rolling terrain, located just east of the Cascade Crest in Washington State. Easy access to the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area also possible for the more serious backcountry traveler.

Improvements This Season at Scottish Lake High Camp
New four-stroke snowmobiles have made travel between the parking lot even more fun. Several new trails and open slopes have been added to the skiing network.
Dining Around Scottish Lake High Camp
High Camp is a remote backcountry resort with a lodge and nine cabins fully set up for meal preparation. Because High Camp is located more than eight miles from our guest parking lot, and reached only via our snowmobiles, there is no access to area restaurants.

Our lodge with woodstove, books and games, plus wood-fired hot tub and sauna are very popular amenities with our guests.

Each of our nine cabins is fully equipped for comfortable backcountry living. Cabins are all well-insulated with nice woodstoves.
