Free but ungroomed by machines. A chance to ski reasonable grades at high altitude. Old railroad bed goes for miles for easy ski or tour the meadows of Hick's Gulch-intermediate. Or the high county at Caribou Flats for a challenge. Touring skis, snowshoeing or backcountry telemark. Ski the Switzerland Trail of America, Caribou Flats anf Hicks Gulch through Nat'l Forest & County Open Space
