Our trail system consists of 40 km (25 miles) of trails and is surrounded by the unsurpassed beauty of Mt. Washington and the White Mountains. Rolling carriage roads and challenging single track through our woods makes Great Glen Trails a wonderful place to bike, run and walk during spring, summer and fall. All our trails are clearly marked and can provide you and your family with a fun day of exploration. In winter, the cross country skiing and snowshoeing is absolutely glorious. Our trail system of easy and rolling terrain allows skiers of all abilities to find the right level of activity, challenge, and fun. The trails are groomed with both double tracks and a skating lane and run through the forests at the base of Mt. Washington. A yurt with a wood stove and a heated log cabin are great places to stop, rest, and take in the fabulous views.

Glide on skis along gentle or challenging forest trails. Explore aboard the SnowCoach or slide on a snow tube. Snowshoe to a cozy cabin or discover the wilderness. Your adventure is up to you. At the Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center in Pinkham Notch, New Hampshire, we offer adventures in all shapes and sizes.

Trails Total Ticket
The T3 offers complete access to everything available at Great Glen Trails for one discounted price. The T3 includes a trail pass for cross country skiing and snowshoeing; cross country ski and snowshoe rentals; all-day access to the tubing hill and SnowPark, a session on the climbing wall and a tour on the one-of-a-kind SnowCoach up Mt. Washington. Swap your rental skis for snowshoes and back again. Adult: $59 (a $93 value) Junior (5-12): $40 (a $66 value). Half day ticket pricing starts at 12:30.

Ski Lessons
It’s a simple concept: the better you are at something, the more fun it is. And, having a great teacher helps. Even if you have never skied before, we are certain you will be comfortable enough to explore on your own by the end of the day. We’re so certain that we guarantee it!Our staff is dedicated to making Great Glen a fun place to learn and improve your cross country skiing skills. We will work with you on any level of coaching.
Ski Racing Programs
This year, the Nordic Meister Series is in its twelfth season as the largest weekly cross country citizen race series in the United States. For eight weeks, skiers of all abilities challenge themselves on a 5km course with prizes awarded in age categories and through a raffle. With an adjustment system, all ages can compete on a level playing field.The series runs every Tuesday, except February 20, for eight weeks starting January 2, 2007 through February 27, 2007.
