About Sugarloaf Outdoor Center
The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center offers terrain for all abilities from gentle rolling cruises through the beautiful Maine woods to heart-pounding climbs and hair-raising decents over the rugged terrain of the western Maine mountains. Plenty of variety ensures new discoveries on every outing. The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center offers Cross-country skiing on 105km of the best groomed trails in the East, a warm, comfortable lodge with magnificent views, an olympic-size skating rink, snowshoeing, and more.
Our Cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails offer a great variety of treks through the beautiful Maine woods. The lodge area provides a perfect start for first time skiers. Novice skiers will enjoy a variety of beginner terrain, while more advanced skiers will find plenty of challenging terrain for both classic and ski skating. 100km of groomed trail loops include routes through the village and lodging facilities at the base of Sugarloaf.
