What's New This Season at Meribel

Ski taxi service now available, and includes service for the handicapped Improvements on the Snowpark Plattières to maximize its accessibility to all. • Installation of snow fences (on the trails of voles and Venturoni). It is an ecological device for accumulating snow on the slopes, thanks to the wind. The snow fences are used successfully for many years to Meribel-Mottaret. • Improvements on the track of the Lake House in the middle part (back from Val Thorens) more enjoyable to ski. • Redevelopment of ZEN Doron (area dedicated to learning to ski in the heart of the resort) to reduce the slope and make it more fun the first few slides. • Modernization of Cote Brune chairlift (Direct link to Val Thorens and access to high altitude skiing in Meribel-Mottaret) by increasing the flow rate of 15% this lift Rate (under 2,400 skiers per hour to meet success) and by refurbishing the stations of departure and arrival.

Information last updated 10/12/2010.
