Wachusett Mountain Terrain

Wachusett is one of the leading ski resorts in northern Massachusetts, well-known as a place to learn to ski or ride. More Bostonians probably have learned to ski here than at any other single ski area in the country. Wachusett's Learning Center employs more than 250 instructors each year, and the area's entire staff is exceptionally committed to everyone's on-hill enjoyment. The Learn to Turn packages offer a tremendous value for first-timers. Wachusett is well known for its kids programs. For kids, be sure and meet Orson, the Polar Bear. Then, put your 4 to 12-year-olds in the Polar Kids program that has its own dedicated carpet lift to get kids accustomed to having something other than sneakers on their feet.
