Arapahoe Basin Terrain

Arapahoe Basin boasts North America's highest skiable terrain and Colorado's longest ski season. Our high-alpine environment is incredibly diverse, allowing guests to charge groomed cruisers on the lower mountain, play in the wide-open bowl skiing of Montezuma on the back side, or challenge themselves on the incomparable steeps, trees and bumps of Pallavicini, East Wall and North Glades. We even have three terrain parks to keep freestylers and jibbers happy. The combination of scenic terrain and a laid-back vibe have earned us the title, "The Legend."

New for 12/13: Ace's Kids Park, a park specifically designed for our younger and first-time freestyle skiers and riders.

What's New This Season at Arapahoe Basin

New for 12/13:

Pika Place Learning Area: located in the base area adjacent to the Black Mountain Express lift is our new Pika Place trail and carpet lift. Designed with the next generation of ski bums in mind, this area allows for first-timers to experience sliding on snow at a comfortable place. Nearby will be Ace's Kid's Park, a terrain park with smaller features for our first-time or younger freestyle riders.

Rossignol Experience Center: Elevate your skiing experience by demoing our new fleet of Rossignol Experience Skis! A-Basin and Rossignol partnered to bring you the best technology; the rocker in Experience skis will help build your confidence and control on the mountain.
