What's New This Season at Canyons Resort
Already the largest ski and snowboard resort in Utah, Canyons Resort in currently in the process of an entire resort re-creation. Part of this re-creation is a new heated bubble chair, called the Orange Bubble Express. Its the only one of its kind in North America! Canyons has also expanded their snowmaking capabilities with a 20 million gallon reservoir to ensure great early/late season conditions. New terrain includes the 300 acres of expanded skiing on Iron Mountain. A new loding property at Canyons Resort is the luxury Waldorf Astoria Park City. In the future, Canyons will have new summer programming, including a golf course, and continued development of Canyons Resort Village. The investment is the result of the combined efforts of many of the landowners at Canyons Resort. The new properties under development will increase the resort’s lodging capacity as well as add several spas, restaurants and retail centers.
