Restaurants: 4: Sundeck, Bonnie's, Ajax Tavern and the new Element 47 in The Little Nell. What's New: The restaurant of one of only 16 five-star, five-diamond hotels in the country is undergoing a face-lift. After 10 years, the Little Nell's award-winning restaurant, Montagna will take on a new look, concept and new name Element 47 this Fall. Colorado agriculture will be the focal point of Chef Robert McCormick’s menu, drawing from local produce and livestock as well as sustainable seafood from both East and West coast.
