Boarded here at China Peak about 5 times this season (im a newbie), & each time was great. Conditions were awesome & the staff is always friendly. Great place to learn how to snowboard/ski.

I live this place. It's a really good place to snowboard. It has a nice terrain park, and a couple of really nice runs. An the prices aren't outrageous, which is good.

Went to China Peak on new years eve. The weather was great sunny and warm. Warm enough for t-shirts. The snow wasn't great but wasn't aweful either. Staff there was amazing even got offered a free snowboard class for my fiance. Paid for by staff i thought that was amazing. what nice people. everyong lift operator was nice and friendly, constantly letting you know how conditions were at the top of the hill. need to get academy running from the top first drop from chair 1 was to rough for my beginner fiance so she had to stay on the moving carpets but allowed me to have time alone to shred. well hope this helps everyone....

Over the last couple of seasons china peak has gotten a lot of snow. Has a diverse selection of terrain to ride. Open steeps, trees, nice groomers, and plenty of lifts to get you to the top. Lift rates are reasonable but can get crowded on weekends, recommend hitting this place up on week days. The bar makes a mean bloddy mary and the pbr always goes down smooth. Really enjoied riding my fat skis due to the heavy western seira powder. Overall gerat time at china peak.

I have been going to China Peak since I was a kid and so has my family. We love the closeness to SLO and it is decent mountain....

if i lived closer to this mt i would go there more often. it is really small yet really fun.

has great snow but poor partk riding. barely any features. need to add more boxes rails hand rails jumps etc. great people and vibes.

Sierra is an awesome place to go!! I've only been to a few, but this one is by far the best!!!

The mountain is a nice mountain plenty to do for a quick weekend getaway not to far from the beach

Sierra Summit is a great place to go. It is close to my place of residence and well worth the 4hr drive

Sierra Summit keeps making great upgrades! A very fun resort for all ages and great for beginners too! They have a nice Terrain Park and a super cool West Ridge Ski area newly opened up! We love coming here, can be crowded on holidays and weekends. A great value to purchase their ski pass when on sale! An affordable place to ski each weekend!

Love skiboarding off of Chair 7, the new Westridge! This chair has really opened up the mountain to help levitate the crowds that build up on the lower runs! Good family resort with always something going on during the weekends. Fun terrain parks too! New learning area is great for beginners!! Can be very busy on weekends and holidays though. All types of level ski runs, something for everyone!

This park is great for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers and borders. I have been going here for 15 years plus and it is always the same great experience!

Although their prices have gone up in the past few years, Sierra Summit is an awesome mountain with something for all skill levels. A definite favorite.
