Hidden Valley Resort Reviews

First weekend of the season this past Saturday and the snow was super! This place is a hidden gem, a great place to bring your friends and family. The snowmaking is the best in Western PA - can't beat it! Opening day and there were FEET of snow and NO bare spots. This year, the resort invested more money to expand the summit side of the mountain by adding snowmaking and lights to the beginner slopes. Great place!

This resort must have invested millions into snow making -- it is FANTASTIC snow! This year, a new feature park has its own lift to service just that area - a great improvement! The night skiing is much improved this year with some new lights, particularly on the Summit side. This ski area doesn't have the largest vertical drop or the most challenging slopes for the area, but it does offer a great family friendly ski and snowboard experience. The snow making is SO MUCH BETTER than neighboring resorts using older technology. Having skied both resorts in the same day, I was amazed at how much nicer is the Hidden Valley snow.

A great place to bring the family for skiing/snowboarding. New snowmaking and groomers make the best conditions! Its never been crowded. New owners making this a whole new place. Check out their web site for expansion plans.
