I wish there was a lower rating for customer service because they would be getting a -50 from my family. The people working at the desk, working the phones during the day and running the ski school haven't a clue. I called 2x and received the wrong information, due to their mistakes my children were registered for the wrong program leaving us 2 classes short of what we paid for. One manager was rude while not listening to my complaints and said "well what do you want should I throw you a few free passes" First I'm not a dog, don't throw me anything, I want what my $1140 paid for. The next person to step in fixed our problem while blaming me the whole time insisting that what she was saying to me right then was in print right in front of me. It was not and while asking her to point out where these words were she continued to ignore the questions. Once we finish our lessons we will never be back and I will never refer anyone to their program

About 200 ft vertical with a triple chairlift, a T-bar and 2 handle tows. In the town of Shrewsbury, MA catering to school kids, instruction, racing and school programs this little hill features night skiing and tubing. Perfect for families and kids for all ages. Low price lift tickets, rental packages and reasonable food service prices from a nice, smal,l neat lodge. Very friendly and helpful staff inside and outdoors at the lifts and on the slopes. Fun little half pipe, terrain park, mogul area and tubing with tow for variety.

Not much vertical but a lot of fun. No lift lines or idiot skiers makes it even better! They have a great half pipe and a Tuba Slide which looked like a blast! Also looks like they have a very active race program
