From humble beginnings in 1982, serving visitors and residents from a 2,000 sq. ft. store, Tahoe Sports Ltd. has grown to distinguish itself as THE place in South Lake Tahoe to find a top notch selection of sports equipment and apparel and expert service to match. With the expansion to 6,000 sq. ft. at the original store in the South "Y" Center and the addition of a 13,000 sq. ft. store at the Crescent "V" Center near Stateline, we've got South Lake Tahoe covered from one end to the other.

The expertise of our outstanding staff is not limited to sales and service. We're out there on the trails, slopes, rivers and rocks practicing what we preach.

Ski and snowboard demos are part of our Try Before You Buy program. You may apply up to three days of demo package payments toward the purchase of a new ski or snowboard. Many of our ski and snowboard models for sale are available in this program. It is a great way to find exactly what you like and save money. We are a Certified Specialized Demo Center for performance full suspension mountain bikes. We offer equipment for all levels of mountain bikers. Ski and snowboard rentals may be picked up after 4PM for use the following day. All other rentals are on a 24 hour basis. Our winter store hours are 8AM to 8PM and our summer store hours are 9AM to 7 PM.
