Poor customer service from manufacturer
Posted on 11/07/2007 by: jsrider I purchased this from another retailer. When I received it and it didn't work I was told to contact the manufacturer. When I did they ran me through some tests and determined that I needed to send it back to them. I believe they know of a problem with the battery pack because I was asked what color my battery was. Which I did and then the vendor I purchased it from went to their location and they gave him my jacket?! How does a company give somebody else property that isn't theirs to give away? When I contacted the company they denied any wrong doing and became rude. So in short if you purchase this I hope it works, if not don't return it to them because you may never see it again. |
