Shawnee Mountain Reviews

We skied here this past weekend & had a blast! Kudos for the free lift ticket for my 6th grade son, that I received cause he participated in the SkiPa 4th & 5th grade program... no other mountain we visited the last 2 years, under the program,gave us a free ticket. .. double kudos to the awesome lady that greeted us with a tray of warm cookies when we got there... The employees were polite & very helpful, the snow making was awesome. Altho the mountain was very crowded the lift lines moved fast... The bar rocked the free shots of Three Olives.. I love being at the right place at the right time! We love Shawnee!!!!

great snow. Slopes clean and fast. Lots of slope choices. great for kids and pros. cust. service/food/beverage all good. can't wait to go back!!

Small mountain great for the novice to intermediate skier. Close to Northern Nj

Great family oriented resort! We spent there a New Year's weekend .. the snow condition was good .. friendly staff .. great ski school and their instructors .. plenty equipment for rental .. Highly recommended to everyone with or without kids!

Great place for the whole family. Friendly staff, family oriented place, skiier/snowboarders not rude and obnoxious. Good snow and can't beat the prices. Will definitely be returning to Shawnee Mountain!

Shawnee was/is a great mountain to learn the whole ski/snowboarding atmosphere on. They have good equipment for rentals and great staff to help you with the right things. Shawnee was the first mountain that i learned how to snowboard on because of the trails. If you want to learn how to snowboard or ski, shawnee is the place to be.

Good conditions for a small mountain. Worth the trip.

This Moutain has great snowmaking ability ( should the need arise), small if any lift lines, smooth fun terrain! The jumps are awesome. The ski school is great also. The instructors really have patience with the beginners and teach some awesome skills !

Very scenic with the lake there at the base- walking over the bridge to base area is the highlight. Chairlifts are very good. Wear your goggles and turtle fur when the snow guns are on, makes for better skiing experience for sure. Smaller ski area but steeper than other mountains. Nice time!!!

My friends and I skied at Shawnee for 2 days and had a blast! They had great deals for students which made the trip even better! The levels of all the mountains are range which is nice when bringing a group of people that range in skill level. The equipment was decent for rentals, and they allow you to switch at any time from skis to snowboarding. The new lifts get you up the mountain in a few minutes which allows for more runs and shorter lines! I recommend this resort for any age group, especially family vacations.

Kid friendly mountain. Great for families.

Good Terrian Park, Good for beginners, wouldn't go there if your looking for vertical.
