Everyone at this store is friendly and more than willing to spend as much time with you to figure out your needs. I bought a new pair of skis with special order bindings this season and I was torn between a number of models. I talked to 4-5 different employees (all of whom were excited to discuss) about what they thought was best for me and what their personal experiences were with the equipment. They helped me decide on the best pair of skis I have ever ridden!
