I wish I could have put a 10 in the Customer Service!! Bruce and Kim treat every single customer like they're the only ones that will ever come through the door to their excellent shop!

The quality of the equipment Bruce set us up with was absolutely second to none and I've been skiing for 32 years. If you're planning a ski trip anywhere in Western NY or Canada, do yourself a favor and stop by the Glenwood Depot, you'll never be happier with a service provider of any kind I can promise you!!!!!

We have been going to the Glenwood Depot for 4 years and have had wonderful experience with them. The service is very good, friendly and on time. The selection is OK for products. We always found what we needed.
