Even with the unseasonably warm weather, Alpine did a great job of keeping the snow they did have skiable. Perfect place for new riders

For being a small resort in rural Ohio, it is pretty neat and historic in a sense. The trails are a lot of fun and the tubing hill is an added bonus.

I took my 5 & 7 year old to Alpine over the weekend. It was their first time skiing & my 1st time in 15 or so years. The instructors were great & got almost all of us were we needed to be. The hills are the perfect size for beginners. They did a decent job with making snow especially since it rained the day before, so it was a lil icey & all the snow boards destroyed what they had. But, I would highly recommend to people that want to learn. Can't beat $33 for a 4 hour lift ticket, 1 hour lesson & rentals!

This is a great beginners place to go to learn the basics. Hills are small, but that's to be expected for OH.

It was my first time going snowboarding and it was the best time of my life i can not wait to go back as soon as possible.

its ok service could be better and they need more powder sticky on certain trails

This is a great place to go, however, make sure if you sign up for a package deal on lessons that you call ahead to set up appointments (even for group lessons) if you want to go on the weekends because they are usually booked far in advance.
