Worst online shopping experience ever

Horrible customer service on an exchange. Bought some Dragon Foil goggles and found them to be too small, sent in the exhange form filled out to receive some Dragon DX goggles instead. They sat on the exchange for 9 days after receiving the Foils back, then I had to call them twice to get anything done.
Now here is the kicker, when I received my supposedly new goggles instead of them being the Dragon DX, they shipped the exact pair of Foils back to me.
So I call them and supposedly get this fixed with a pair of Dragon DX goggles 2nd day aired by them to me with a prepayed shipping lable for the Foils they sent me by mistake.
Here is the 2nd kicker, I open the box and what do I find? Not a pair of Dragon DX goggles, but another pair of Dragon Foils exactly like the ones I had sent in for exchange a month earlier.
