I purchased skis for my wife and myself and boots for my wife. They answered all of my questions by phone and email. The skis arrived quickly and were well packed. I was a pleasant shopping experience.

My first time at the store was a few weeks ago and at first i looked around knowing i would be ski/snowboarding this season and planning to go to nordic mtn. (Mt. Morris) when I saw the price comparison Skier's outlet won by a lot they completely had me blown away by there snowboard rental prices compared to what i was paying at nordic , it was half the cost. Not only was it a samller price but i felt the quality was much better than previous rentals. Overall i gave it a five for their customer service which was very helpful, and the value i received. Great store for buyin new gear and rentals.

I bought my skis here last year, I'm not an expert by any means but I did do my research. I bought women's specific skis in the length I needed I already had boots), the guys in the store were helpful and gave my skis a wax so I could hit the slopes immediately.
