The customer service is HORRIBLE. They are condescending, incompetent, know nothing about what they're selling, and will sell you the higher price stuff you do not need just to make an extra buck.

They also do not honor their return policy. I went in there looking for a pair of gloves for Ruidoso. They sold me these "sub-zero" gloves made for "sub-zero" temperatures, not warm Ruidoso. When I tried to return them within the 10 day cash back return period with receipt, they told me those gloves had been put on sale and would only give me back the sale price. This is their "policy", though it was contradictory to what was on the receipt and they could not provide any type of terms and conditions that stated this "policy." They staff was extremely unhelpful and would not even help me find a replacement glove.

Scott and the gang were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable. A great crew to work with. I recommend them to all of my family and friends for all of the skiing need or wants. If they dont have what you want in stock, they will be glad to get it, help you find or poing you in the right direction.

Ski skeller is a good ski shop. There are a few things I do not like about them. First, they do not have a website. Second, their prices are terrible during the ski season since they are the only store that carries the nice North Face stuff that a lot of people in Midland want. The good things are that they will cut you great deals on the skis after the season is over as well as on the clothing. They carry high quality products and I like to rent my boots there before I go skiing. They hire a bunch of high school kids that dont know much about the products, but the owner, Scott, is very knowledgeable.

The reason i love this place is becuase ive been going to ski-skeller to get ski stuff for practically my entire life. When you go there, the employees treat you like family. I love this place so much.
