We get our skis tuned here as often as possible. Even though we are from out of town it is conveniently on our route so we drop the skis off when we are done on the weekend and pick them up on our way back to the mountain the following week. Skis have always been tuned as requested and have held an edge for a long time. Will use this shop as much as possible.

Our equipment wasn't even checked or fitted. We went to leave and a worker noticed they were wrong and needed to adjust, they did and we went to 7Springs. After getting our gear on, we couldnt ski b/c they gave us wrong equipment. It was out of date equipment. After the amount of money we spent on lift tickets, we could not be refunded because we had rented from this wretched place. We called and explained what happened and they told us they would call us back. They never did, so we showed up there. The employees said the equipment never should have been there but did nothing because the boss would not allow them to. After arguing we recieved our rental fee but were still out our lift tickets and the two hours we traveled to get there. The owner told us too bad and hung up on us. When we got others involved he lied and had his employees lie for him. B/c we could not get the equipment on,I fell and am now seeing specialists due to a back injury...what a way to spend the holidays!

Best service, best equipment. Save youself the hassle of lines and losing lift time in the AM. Get your act together on Friday and Return sunday for the same price as a day rental at springs.
