NOT GOOD TO THEIR WORD!! A store with EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES, should offer great customer service, well they don't. I called them twice and asked about a discount posted on their website thru google. Their other website, thru Bing, didn't have the same discount but when I walked them to the google website they acknowledged it being there and said they'd honor the discount. I drove 45 minutes to the store, with the printout of the google website discount offer, and was told they weren't going to honor now. They said the website was not their problem. Just so everyone knows they tell you one thing and then when you get there they probably won't honor it. Just thought people should know this before doing business with a store that can't be trusted or taken for their word.

We always take our bikes here and now my son"s snowboarding equipment. We bought the board, and bindings at Sports Authority but brought the equipment to Stowe for them to attach the bindings to the board. We were also picking up a few other things. They didn't charge us for the bindings and are always very helpful. Can't say enough about the service here!

I needed help on deciding the correct equipment for me and they were great!
