I called on the way to the slopes and the customer service was excellent! They were very patient and helpful answering a ton of questions. They were willing to pull my size snowboard boats so I could try them on in a hurry. Very willing to help and accomodate. They do not control or post online info. Thats controlled by Banner Elk location.
