Neal is an older man who is a one man show. He sells kayaks and canoes during the warmer weather and skis in the winter months. I purchased a kayak from him last year, and he was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. His prices were good and I enjoyed the shopping experience. Also, he sponsored a kayak and canoe demo day in the spring, which gave me the opportunity to try the boat out on water before my purchase. I recommended that he create a website for his business, but he is old school and couldn't be bothered. Therefore, just stop by one day and check him out. He is located in the rear of the building.

Neal is probably the most knowledgeable person regarding skis, especially back country, and nordic skis. He had a huge selection, knew more than anybody I have ever come across. He fitted me with perfect backcountry skis, boots, and put the bindings on immediately. He only carries the best skis, boots, poles, and bindings! High recommend. And he was much better priced than anyone else, from internet discount places, to huge ski warehouse sized outlets. Neal had them beat on both prices and service.
