The manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the equipment. I have a very old set of straight skis and boots. My boots weren't working well for me as they were too small, so it seemed. I tried using them once this year and my feet went numb. Instead of trying to sell me a new pair of boots, which would mean I'd also have to get new skis and bindings, he took the time to explain how I wasn't fastening the boots properly and that I also needed better insoles to put the arch back in my foot that flattened out when I put weight on it, which inturned made my toes smash into the front of the boots. He was correct, after he put the insoles in my boots and showed me how to fit/buckle my boots in the proper order, I was able to stay with my outdated (but still great) equipment and save a lot of money. Definitely worth going there for their great service, friendly and knowledgable staff.

In trying to get a special price on a light coat to where under a brand new coat I was going to buy for $300.00 the manager would not throw in the the light coat for $60.00 even if I paid full price for the $300.00 cost. 20% off $300.00 is $60.00 so I don't see why the manager could not do this. Maybe he was not a real manager, for a real manager would have said fine pay full price for the $300.00 coat and I will throw in the light coat for free. That would have ment cash for the store and the feeling of getting a good deal for me. Well I am sure another store will be happy to make me happy and make money for the owner of the store, which is need so bad in these bad times. So managers do what you have to to get the sale especially if it is not costing the store any money ! ! !
