Chad is the man. Very nice guy to deal with. When I moved to Michigan I wanted to learn how to snowboard. I went to Getaway to look at boards. When I tried to buy a board, Chad told me to rent a board a few times and if I enjoyed it come back and buy one then. If a guy is gonna treat you like that before you spend money in his store, imagine what he will be like when you purchase something. I bought a whole snowboard setup and a bike from him, and would never go anywhere else.
