Even tho this is not a huge store, they offer everything for everybody. I have dealt with Owens since 1996 at both the Bowie and Waldorf stores. Never have I had bad service either with equipment maintance or customer service. Many of my ski friends use Owens and we pass them onto others that want to partake in the sport ....Keep Up the good work!!

My son wanted his snowboard tuned,but they only hand tune boards.no machine.for the money go to a shop that has a snowboard tuner.These guys do not seem to be skiers.
