great advice!

I went into ski in to look for a new snowboard. One of the sales people came over to me and even though I had decided not to buy a board there and he knew it, he continued to answer my questions and give me excellent advice. I appreciated him not being pushy about sales whatsover and still going out on a limb to answer my questions, so far as pulling out a pair of bindings and trying them on a board for me. |

Bad Advice?

Take this for what it is. I was buying snowboarding boots and I told the sales rep they felt small. He said they needed to be because my foot would shift back while boarding. I'm an 8 and these were a 7. I had never bought snowboarding boots so I didn't know if he was right. Needless to say, the toenail on my big toe fell off that season from my toes being crammed into the boots. |
