Had the rudest customer service experience in the last 15 years ... the guy working the rental area dropped the f-bomb in front of my 7 yr old daughter when I was pushed him to move our helmet rental for one day (as we only needed it for one day and I brought it back right when the opened the next day) ... he say the f-bomb at least three times and from the instant that I tried to politely change the rental, he was as crude and rude in every regard as I have seen anyone employed ... and the day before, when I first rented it, my two daughters were in the shop and a woman who worked there was swearing up and down about some customer .. this is a very, very low end place with trashy employees - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I was a first time snowboarder and I needed all rentals. I arrived and they helped me out super fast. Got my right size and everything. I liked my snowboard and it was SUPER cheap. It was right on the way to Boreal so it was really convenient. At the resort they were charging way more. I highly recommend this shop!
