It was great

My family of four and I had a great time. We saved about $18.00 per person at Heidi's. We had boots that fit and they took the time to make sure we were comfortable. I tried a pair of demo skis which were a lot of fun. Also, my wife was pleased at how quick we were in and out of the shop on a busy day. Our experiences at other places have not been as favorable.

I Saved a BUNCH of money

I had a great experience at Heidi's. The service was fast, courteous and offered actual skiing knowledge. We saved about $20.00 a person by renting at Heidi's instead of at the resort. Also, in past years I have waited in long lines at other shops at Heidi's on a busy day we were in and out with a family of five in under twenty minutes. I am going to make this an annual stop.

My daughters and I wanted to rent skis from Heidi's for my older daughter. We had a couple questions including: what paperwork I had to fill out, when we had to return the skis, and how do we rent for more than one day. The man with whom I talked and who acted as the owner of the store was very sarcastic and inpatient to answer questions. To avoid an argument, I stopped asking questions and just filled out the required paperwork with my daughter's name, height, weight, as well as our address, number, etc, and I signed it. Upon me asking: "how much would it cost for one day?" he said in a very sarcastic tone: "it will cost a lot!" Upon me repeating the question, the man told me: "that's it, I'm done with you" and took the signed sheet with all the personal information. I asked him: "so you're not renting to us then?" He said: "didn't you hear what I said, I'm done with you!" I asked for his name and a card. He refused that too. He then yelled: "I'm done with you, leave the store!".
