About Raichle
| Founded in 1909 in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, the company set its mark as the leading manufacturer of alpine and hiking boots as well as ski and snowboard boots. In 1995 Raichle was taken over by the Austrian Kneissl Dachstein Group. The ski boot sector merged with the ski brand Kneissl after the Mammut Sports Group AG took over Raichle in 2003. Since then, sales, logistics and procurement of Raichle boots has been conducted from the Mammut Sports Group AG headquarters in Seon, while product development and design is situated in Frauenfeld. Raichle offers a diversified array of boots, ranging from extremely technical expedition boots, to functional hiking boots as well as other outdoor and multifunctional models. The company’s demand for top of the line performance and protection combined with light-weight comfort plays a major role in spawning new ideas and innovative products.

New Gear From Raichle This Season
| Anyone who likes hiking, snowshoe walking or rambling in winter will appreciate the new Raichle Snow collection. The new Snow Extreme XT GTX and Snow Track XT GTX provide plenty of grip in the snow thanks to their special winter soles.
The Snow Track XT GTX is a very warm winter walking/snow boot. It is lined inside with GORE-TEX® Partelana, a very warm fleece which guarantees to insulate the feet from the cold. A wide rubber rand protects the durable Extreme XT GTX from mud, snow and slush. Its watertight zipper keeps the feet dry. All the footwear in Raichle’s Snow collection is fitted with the vibram® Snow sole. With its softer rubber compound and chunkier profile, this sole grips like a car’s winter tires on snow and slush. Both models will be available in men and women’s versions. |
