About This Ski Condo

Alante Vista is a newly constructed complex in the Fraser area. Just 6 miles from the Winter Park Ski Area, in the tranquil neighborhood of Winter Park Ranch, the Alante Vista units are accessed from interior heated stairwells. These tastefully decorated and equipped units offer a cozy and welcoming retreat on the free shuttle route. The open-plan living room has 9 foot high ceilings throughout, TV/VCR/DVD, telephone and queen sofa sleeper. The focal point of a slate-finished gas fireplace is found in the dining and kitchen area. The additional upgrades in the kitchen are granite countertops, slate tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. Each of the 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and access to the two full bathrooms. The Alante Vista units also have a private oversized 1 car garage and small covered patio. A bonus amenity is the washer and dryer.
