For a truly relaxing and picturesque rocky mountain setting, Sun River town homes are located right on the Fraser River. Enjoy majestic views of the Continental Divide and the slopes of the Winter Park Ski Resort from two of the three private decks.
Sun River town homes have 2 levels of 1,200 square feet for a larger than average accommodations at lower than average prices. In the small quiet town of Fraser, just 2 miles from downtown Winter Park, these modern 2 bedroom town homes are non-smoking and have a vaulted ceiling, open kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, queen sofa sleeper, washer and dryer upstairs.
The master bedroom, located downstairs, has one king bed. The second bedroom has two doubles. There is also a shared bathroom on this level of the townhome.
Guests will need their own transportation because its location is not on the shuttle route.
