Alpine Treehouse #412 is a wonderful vacation home that is secluded in a private location and surrounded by tall pines in the upper Moonridge area. Bear Mountain and the National Forest are just minutes away. This 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom can accommodate up to 7 guests is also pet friendly home.
It features nice furnishing, a living room with a wood burning fireplace, a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, kitchen with a large dining table for 8 people, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a separate laundry room. The back deck off the kitchen offers treed views and a charcoal barbecue plus a relaxing outdoor spa. There is a great snow play area right at house as well.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and DVD player as well as a private deck. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and its own deck. The 3rd bedroom is set up for the kids with a bunk set (lower is full), plus a TV, VCR, and a foosball table. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for the 3 bedrooms.
Please note chains or 4 wheel drive are needed for winter parking in the circular driveway of this home.
