About This Ski Condo

Nestled in a residential neighborhood located 1 and a half miles to the renowned Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Ski Resort, 2020 Solamere offers immediate access to the slopes and a quick 2 mile drive to downtown Park City's historic Main Street. This 6 bedroom, 6 bath home can accommodate up to 12 guests with a king bed in the first bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom, a queen bed in the fourth bedroom, two twin beds in the fifth bedroom, and two twin beds in the sixth bedroom. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 7 TVs, 2 DVD players, 4 VCRs, wireless internet access, 2 wood burning fireplaces, 2 jetted tubs, a private washer and dryer, a pool table, a private outdoor hot tub, and a private garage. You'll also find a fitness room, a wrap around deck, and an incredible living room with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace. During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. Not all common area hot tubs are operational during summer months.
