About SunValley Heli-Ski

Wide open south slopes, tree skiing on north slopes and sparsely treed west and east exposures make the Sun Valley area a skier's paradise. Our terrain is vast, 750 square miles, so we can usually find good, untracked snow days or even weeks after the last storm. Finally, our runs are long, consistent vertical, with very few breaks or flat spots.

This season marks the 47th year of Sun Valley Helicopter Ski Guides, the oldest heli ski operation in the continental United States. Most of the lead guide staff has been involved for half that time. Our group size is small, one guide to four skiers, so we can easily custom tailor your heli-ski adventure. Sun Valley's world famous Bald Mountain is in the heart of our terrain, so no ski time is wasted if weather or snow conditions keep us from flying.
