January 27 is the Full Moon. Known as the wolf moon- In the days before sprawling suburbia and insulation- wolves would howl at the very edges of homes and cry of their hunger. Now they just help themselves to the garbage and stray house pets. (This is very serious so keep fido and pussy inside.) But you must come out and enjoy. Yes we will be running at night- You should come prepared for whatever weather dear Mother Nature tosses at us. There might be ice, frozen leaves, frozen mud, frozen you name it.. or it may all be less than frozen. There may be stuff falling from the heavens yup your running in it.

There will be some lighting so let your eyes adjust and enjoy. yes there will be some darkness too. There will be a clearly marked course and people to make sure you know the way.You may come across some fallen trees and such.
