Nestled in a picturesque valley, high in the Allegheny Mountains, you will fin West Virginia's best skiing and snowboarding at Timberline. With an elevation of over 4,000 feet, over 150-200 inches of snowfall annually, an expanded snowmaking system, the South's longest ski trail, Timberline is recognized as the Mid-Atlantic's winter paradise.
For four consecutive years Timberline has been named the "Best in Region" ski resort by a poll of readers of Northern Centeral West Virginia's premier regional newspaper, "The Inter-Mountain".
