The largest ski and snowboard resort in eastern North America, Killington celebrates its 50th birthday on Dec. 13, 2008 with more than $8.4 million in on-mountain improvements, including the new Skye Peak Express, ski trails, efficiency upgrades to the world’s most extensive snowmaking system and expanded environmental programs.
In addition to the new snowmaking capabilities and new trail enhancements, Killington features The Stash, an all natural terrain park located off the shoulder of Skye Peak and accessible by the Skye Peak Express. Killington’s Stash is one of only five that exist worldwide and the only one on the East Coast. We've got a new rope tow for beginners learning to ski or ride at Pico, and a host of events for skiers and spectators alike planned this season. Come jib the brand new terrain park at Pico Mountain, or test your skills on the coin-operate race course. With deals like the Killington Express card, there's no better place to be!

Great mountain tons of parks.
Better for snowboarders but if you like doing tricks, and a variety of parks / ramps this is by far the best mountain on the east coast. Even skiiers looking to hit some jumps or ski an overall great mountain should check it ...More |
What's New This Season at Killington
The largest ski and snowboard resort in eastern North America, Killington welcomes a new season with more than $8.4 million in on-mountain improvements, including a new terrain park, newly renovated lodges, efficiency upgrades to the world’s most extensive snowmaking system and expanded environmental programs, including low energy snow guns.
In addition to having nearly 200 trails, Killington has new programs as well. We've got countless options for our ski school programs, including half-price lessons with our "Bring a Friend" program. The Killington express card is available for guests who want to save time and money every day they're at the mountain, and the renovated Last Run Lounge at Pico features traditional Vermont decor and new dining options.. The Beast of the East is back this year at Killington!
