About Engelberg - Titlis
Engelberg-Titlis: The largest winter and summer resort near Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Titlis lies 1000 metres above sea level. The resort can look back on a long, eventful history, characterised by the Benedictine Monastery. Engelberg belongs to Canton Obwalden, although no inhabitant of Engelberg would call himself an Obwalden citizen – because an “Engelberger” is quite simply an “Engelberger”...
The largest holiday and leisure destination in Central Switzerland has around 4000 inhabitants. Annually, more than 750,000 overnight stays are registered in the 1,650 hotel beds (including the igloo village), 1,260 beds in dormitory accommodation and approx. 200 holiday flats, plus the camping site, which is open all year. A large number of inviting restaurants welcome guests with a choice of local and international dishes, while bars, discos and pubs take care of the evening entertainment.

An unforgettable adventure is waiting for you in the new opening snowXpark on Trübsee. With the electro-snowXbike you can cruise cozy through the park or rock the bike.
An ideal fun destination is also the 150m long snowtubing run in the front of the hotel Trübsee. The ascent is easy and effortless with the Magic Carpet moving walkway.
On the speed slope speed freaks can clock their highest speed (in kilometers per hour) on the big digital velocity display.
It’s a rustic, well-kept cabin at the Flühmatt with seating for 150 people, great for just hanging out, or drinks and dining. There’s a ceramic wood-oven that keeps the guests toasty warm and adds to the rustic and cozy ambiance. A ‚cabin night’ topped off by a torchlight descent is a great highlight for those who want to plan an event for a group. The cabin can be reserved for private evening entertainment.
