About this Club

Craftsbury Nordic Ski Club is a cross-country ski racing and recreation club. We are a 5o1c3 non profit organization dedicated to encouraging people in our part of Vermont to get outside and ski cross-country in the winter both for fun and good health.

Area Served

Our membership comes from about a 60 mile radius of Craftsbury and skis mostly at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

Meetings

We usually have race training sessions as a group 4 times a week year round. We also have a masters group which meets about once a month.

Trips & Events

The Craftsbury Nordic Ski Club sponsors and helps to put on 3 nordic ski events each winter including the biggest x-c ski marathon in the Eastern US. We travel for a 10 day training camp to Western US or Canada each Thanksgiving, travel to the Senior National and Junior National Championships each winter where ever it is located in the US. We also travel as a club to about 8 other races around the North East.
