About this Club

Newington Ski Club is a four season civic organization designed to promote winter sports and year long comraderie. We offer significant ski and ride discounts as well as group functions such as racing, a winter carnival, club day and more. Throughout the year we organize hikes, bike rides, a golf league, and picnics. We sponsor charities such as Skiers Unlimited and March for Babies.

We have members thoughout the state of Connecticut, New England, USA and the world.

Meetings

We meet the 1st, 3rd and 4th Thursday of the month from September to April at the Polish American Club at 140 Wilson Ave., Newington, CT. Meetings start at 8pm, and we have free pizza on the first Thursday of the month at 7:45 pm.

Memberships

Go to newingtonskiclub.org and click on the membership link to join, or stop by any meeting or our Open House (November). Individual memberships are $45, plus we have an early season discount, family discount, college student discount and senior discount.

Trips & Events

We meet the first, third and fourth Thursday of the month from September to April. We have Monday Night Racing at Mount Southington from December through February. The golf league plays Thursdays at Goodwin Park. From May to August we do Monday night bike rides.
